As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products.
However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem. An opening video within 24 hours of delivery is a must in case of defect/ replacement due to defect. Without an opening video it won't be considered for replacement. Opening video from start to end is mandatory. In case it's found that the package was hampered (We have photos of all parcels sent and the packaging with marks) before making the video and is not as sent, the same will not be considered in any way.
You can report any complaint or query related to the wrongly delivered product by contacting us within 24 hours of delivery via email or whatsapp at +91 9810515567 between 11 am to 6.00 pm IST, Monday to friday.
The team will look into the matter and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/ complaint as we deem fit.
Once an order has been placed, our systems will be unable to cancel the order and process a refund to the client if the payment has been processed.
Credit notes issued as an exception in any case; on summer stuff will be valid on summer articles only. The ones for winter articles, only on winter articles. All our shipments are carefully inspected twice before leaving our warehouse (with constant quality checks in place).
